Career that has a total duration of 6 years, including 1 year of Undergraduate Internship and 1 year of Social Service. To receive your degree the applicant must carry out a series of tests, including a written examination both oral and written.
Specialty in Medicine (Orthopedics and Traumatology)
Also called Residence, where the Titled Doctor performs specific studies in an area of medical knowledge, either in a private or public hospital endorsed by a University. In order to carry out these studies the doctor must make a difficult selection test called the National Examination of Aspirants to Medical Residencies (ENARM), where he competes with all the doctors of the country for a place in a hospital.
Sub-specialty in Medicine (Hand Surgery)
Once completed, the Specialist Physician has the option of taking a High Specialty Medicine Course, in order to acquire skills even more advanced than those learned during medical residency.
